My Philosophy
When we ignore our Shadow Self, it lurks behind the scenes and pulls all the strings, causing chaos in our lives.
I believe many of our underlying problems stem from our shadow aspects, what I like to call our inner puppet master.
WHY?
Our Shadow Self, the part of us that holds our repressed emotions, desires, and fears, can bring chaos into our lives if left unexamined. It often manifests in destructive patterns, self-sabotage, and conflicts with others.
When we reject or ignore our shadowy parts and patterns, they remain in control, repeatedly reinforcing our unconscious behaviours, deeply rooted fears, imbalanced emotions, self-sabotaging behaviours, and limiting beliefs. This leads to us broadcasting out negative signals and low vibrations.
Pushed-down shadowy parts generate toxic energetic patterns with a low vibrational frequency, especially when sustained over time. Prolonged negative emotions evolve into negative thought patterns, which can manifest into physical forms and draw unfavourable circumstances. These emotions drain our vitality, making areas of our life or body prone to ailments or difficulties the first to be affected.
SOLUTION?
However, by acknowledging and embracing our Shadow Self, we can begin the process of healing and integration. We can gradually bring light to the shadows through self-reflection, therapy, or practices like Shamanic work, journaling and meditation, leading to greater self-awareness and inner harmony.
By accessing our subconscious mind through methods like Shamanic Journeying, guided meditation, and optimizing our energy, we can bring our hidden programming, beliefs, patterns, and plans to the surface.
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate. ― C.G. Jung
Shamanic Spiritual Healing Work can help address, understand, and get to the root, allowing us to transform these hidden aspects into something more empowering and healthy. Because what we bring to the consciousness, we can change.
Embracing our Shadow Self is not about eradicating it but understanding and accepting it as a crucial part of our wholeness.
By accepting and confronting these shadow parts, you can break free from negative patterns and harmful thoughts, regain your power, and create a brighter future for yourself.
